Gaza rockets almost never hit anything yet Israel always over-reacts and whines as if the holocaust occurs every day.
The difference, Israel can dish it out but they can’t take it.
West Bank and Gaza can take it but are unable to dish it out.

If Palestinians ever get the capacity to dish it out they will win, because Israel lacks intestinal fortitude to take it.
