Except for the Israeli on the ICJ, the only judge supporting Israel was Uganda’s Julie Sebutinde. Although she obviously didn’t write “her” dissent, Sebutinde stood by it at a press conference today, declaring that higher moral issues were at stake. Here’s her statement:
