Dear Professor Finkelstein,

In light of the current Mid-east conflict, I’ve
attached for your interest some key websites should
any of your readers be inclined to write letters or
send emails to their individual members of Parliament,
Congress, Senate or Representative.

I’ve only included those countries which have very
large, substantial immigrant Lebanese communities but
given the extremely intelligent, eloquent, thoughtful
and web-savvy persons who frequent your site and
admire your work – well it never hurts to send a
well-written and thought-out letter to the local
politician. Most of the governments may be pro-Israel,
but they can’t just let that slide, because it’s now
involving expatriates and visitors directly.

I doubt it will make a big impact, but certainly a few
well written, intelligent and well targeted letters
would make the government think twice about being too
kissy-smoochie about Israel ..
