While our public schools are collapsing, and our young people are being deprived of a decent education, here’s what a “WORKING BUSINESS MEETING” of the NYC Community Council looks like.  Incidentally, if this is indeed a working business meeting, then Ms. Broshi is dressed most inappropriately–a comment I would also make if Thomas were dressed in Speedos.
