The 10th Annual International Institute of Counter-Terrorism (ICT) Conference at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) opens in Herzliya on Sunday, with a memorial service for all victims of terrorism from around the world with the participation of Ranking Member of the House Intelligence Committee on Terrorism Congressman Mike Rogers, US Ambassador to Israel James Cunningham and Strategic Affairs Minister Moshe Ya’alon.

Opposition leader Tzipi Livni and Col. Richard Kemp, Former Commander of the British Forces in Afghanistan will wrap up the four-day event on Wednesday.
Also set to speak at this year’s conference are Kadima MK Avi Dichter, National Infrastructures Minister Uzi Landau and Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon.
All sessions will be conducted in Hebrew with simultaneous English translation.
