Hello All,
I hope you have been enjoying the week.
We look forward to seeing you all this evening for the FREEDOM OF SPEECH & ASSEMBLY series at Brooklyn Public Library.
At this session we will be joined by Angus Johnston, historian of American student activism, higher education, and social movements. Angus teaches history at Hostos Community College in the City University of New York. He has contributed to Rolling Stone, the Chronicle of Higher Education, Inside Higher Ed, and Slate, and has appeared on CNN, NPR, MSNBC, C-SPAN, Al Jazeera America, and the Fox Business Channel. Angus serves as an advisor to various student activist groups and speaks regularly on college campuses.
