It’s been a real roller-coaster ride. There are moments when we sink into despair:
Did we aim too high? Were we being unrealistic? But, still, the intrepid little contributions keep trickling in, and then one big contribution takes us past another threshold.
Last night we crossed the $40,000 mark! Also, the number of “shares” for the Amnesty articles on Byline.com keeps growing. The last installment in the series has reached more that 500 shares.
In fact, judging by the report Amnesty released yesterday on Operation Protective Edge, it appears that Amnesty is also reacting. As one correspondent wrote, “Think you’ve got Amnesty rattled.”
