Justice for Jody

December 18, 2010

In News

Jody McIntyre, a wheelchair user and cerebal palsy sufferer, was attacked twice by a uniformed police officer during the 9th December protests in London against fees and cuts.

As the police hunt down all those who were involved in criminal activities or responsible for violence, they should also bring to justice the police officer who abused his powers and attacked Jody. Just as there were protesters who acted violently/criminally there too were police officers who acted this way – we believe that they too should, as David Cameron put it “Face the full force of the law!”

If for some reason unbeknown to us, Jody did do something to any police officer, or posed such a threat that the actions taken were necessary, then we kindly request that the met police come forward with a full explanation as to what happened.
